A priceless added value that allows to sharply screen and negotiate the most attractive spots and venues to set-up prestigious operations, and to source yield investors.

Restricted Access is a small proactive company created to provide an extensive worldwide range of services specifically related to the luxury leisure, food and beverage industry within the framework of private membership clubs worldwide.
Restricted Access is managed and owned by Bernard Soultan, one of the few professionals who bring 20 years of international experience to private membership clubs. From inception, successful launch and eventual franchise, the clubs are tailored to accommodate an elite section of the community on 5 continents.
The role of Restricted Access involves a wide range of activities and is responsible for coordination and management of the various groups of highly skilled people, each working in their specific field of expertise. Restricted Access presents the completed project; on time and on budget.
The position of Restricted Access is adaptable depending on the requirements of each individual project from creator/coordinator to JV or financial partner.
Restricted Access works on global projects, structured by Bernard Soultan and the company's team see hereafter presentation in "breaking news".
Restricted Access is based in Marbella (Spain), working with resident ambassadors in London, Paris, Sao Paulo, Madrid, Barcelona, Monaco and soon, Singapore, Casablanca, U.A.E., Cape Town.

Restricted Access quintessentially represents the three decades Bernard Soultan has spent in international consultation in 3 main fields:
- Exclusive membership clubs, as franchise coordinator of the international Régine’s Clubs and restaurants chain in the 1980’s with 21 operations on 4 continents
- Director of the Régine’s Club in Puente Romano, Marbella
- Director of the Jimmyz’ Club in the Marbella Club Hotel
- Marketing director of the 5 star Hotel Puente Romano (Leading Hotels)
Medias and communication:
- Marketing manager of the Paris Match Group press and photo agency
Real Estate Developments and Consultancy:
- Mainly in Southern Spain, Brazil and Portugal : www.comporta-signature.com
- Supervisor of the Régine’s club Barcelona located in the famous Reina Sofia hotel.
- Project starting 2023 : BELMONTE BEACH (Bahia, Brazil) resort of 600 villas in Brazil.

- Site research, selection and negotiation
- Reciprocal agreements of mutual access with existing private clubs worldwide for future card holders of each new project
- Exclusive agreements with luxury shops and services worldwide for future card holders
- Selection of the Concierge Service and Travel Agency managing company (where applicable)
- Selection of the Spa operator (where applicable)
- Selection of the Chef (where applicable)
- Selection and training of:
- The Club executives (Manager, P.R., Maître D’, membership, secretary) in coordination with the operator
- The sales team for the membership launch campaign
- Constitution of the International and Local Honorary Member’s list, including celebrities
